Refund/Return Policy:
We at Rime want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to exchange or refund your purchase you may do so within 14 days. Please send an email to info@RIMENYC.COMfor a return authorization. Please indicate if you would like to exchange for another size, item, store credit, or full refund.
Please note that no returns will be accepted without a return authorization. We cannot be responsible for any unauthorized returns.
Exchanges or refunds must be done within 14 days of the original shipment.
All items must be unworn, undamaged, and have all of its original tags and packaging.
Sneakers/Shoes/Boots must all be retuned with their original box as well as having our store label on the box
Original shipping is non-refundable.
We will pay for the return shipping.
Refunds will be given upon receipt and inspecting returned goods. We will issue store credit or a refund within 7 days upon receipt
