How do I return an item?

Return/Refund Policy For Online Purchases:

We at Rime want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to exchange or refund your purchase you may do so within 14 days or shipment/purchase. Please send an email to for a return authorization. Please indicate if you would like to exchange for another size, item, or store credit. Please note that no returns will be accepted without a return authorization. We are not responsible for any unauthorized returns.

Refunds/exchanges will be given upon receipt and inspecting returned goods. We will issue store credit or a refund within 7 days upon receipt. Original shipping is non-refundable, and in the case of an exchange any additional shipping cost will be billed to the customer.

All items must be unworn, undamaged, and have all of its original tags and packaging. Footwear must all be returned with their original box as well as having our store label on the box. Also, footwear must be returned in an additional box aside from the shoebox.

Pre-orders are non refundable, you will only be issued an exchange. Pre-order exchanges must be authorized once the item(s) are returned to the store. The authorization process may take 2-3 days after the item(s) have been returned to the store.

*Store credits and gift certificates are not cash refundable.

Items can be exchange once we receive it we will process and send you the new item .

*If you order a sneaker or clothing item that does not have a size listed, your purchase is considered void and will be refunded upon approval.
